This category contains strings that are primarily suitable for modern recurve bows. As a rule, these strings are made endlessly, therefore have wound eyelets and are often made of faster thread. However, you will also find strings for recreational bows and entry level recurve bows made from Dacron, some with pre-installed finger protectors - eliminating the need for the shooter to use a tab.

Endless strings: are made from a continuous piece of string yarn wound endlessly over a string frame, the ends are held together by loops made from serving thread.

If you buy a string, the length you order specifies the AMO bow length - not the absolute string length! So if you own a 68" bow, you will need to order a 68" string accordingly (which will have the correct length between 64,5" and 65,0" then).
