Who we are and why we exist
Our store has been around since April 2013. Originally, the idea of setting up a web store came about virtually overnight. Like many other customers, we simply didn't find the range offered by existing archery retailers attractive enough. We wanted to do things better - and our success proves us right.
We offer our customers a large selection of exciting products in all price categories and a homogeneous price structure, as well as very low shipping costs for the whole of Europe (often in the form of a flat rate) and, on request, for the rest of the world.
We introduce ourselves:
Management
- Elli: authorized signatory; she pulls the strings in everything to do with merchandise management and purchasing logistics and is responsible for all administrative order processing, including customer care.
- René: Managing Director; takes care of purchasing, accounting and maintains the store system, advises by phone and email and takes the rap if something goes wrong. He is also responsible for the entire complaints system.
Our employee Babsi is mainly responsible for writing the invoices and for the shipping process.
