Arrows: Carbon
What is an arrow?
We consider a finished arrow to be a shaft that is already fletched. Usually a nock is also included. As a rule, finished arrows can be shortened individually. Insert or tip must be glued in by the archer himself. The product description provides information about the included parts.
An arrow is ready to shoot if the arrow - as the name suggests - can be shot immediately after being unpacked. It is cut to length according to the product description and is ready to shoot out of the box. Inserts with screw-on or glued tips are already pre-assembled and the shooter has nothing else to do.
Important Information on cutting Arrows and Shafts:
We will cut your arrows! Just mention the desired arrow length as a comment when choosing your arrow. Please provide us with information about the reference points from where to where we shall cut.
- length (without any further references) describes the distance from the nock-bed (= where the string touches the nock) to the end of the shaft (= without point)
- shaft length describes the pure Aluminium or Carbon length of an arrow or a shaft (excluding nock and point)
