We place orders to our suppliers several times per week. There are many links in the delivery chain and delays or supply issues can occur. Often we first become aware of this when we receive and unpack the delivery.

In order to be able to ease such situations we have a large warehouse. However, we have nearly 2,700 articles and countless product variants in our assortment in order to offer our customers the best possible selection. Because of this our storage capacities are limited. We try to store as much stock as possible but we ask for the understanding that we do not have every bow, limb or nut and bolt that you need.

In general, we expect an order that we do not have in stock to be around five working days before the goods to be delivered to us. This is due to the fact that we order the goods on demand, therefore our distributors need at least 24hrs to process the order. Also, the parcel delivery times must be taken into account. Our products are mostly sourced from European countries outside of Austria.

Within Austria we can generally deliver your order within two days (day of collection, delivery in 24hrs) or within the EU three days (day of collection, delivery in 48hrs).
